Meet Queen of the Cacao Ritual: Emma Landolt
Emma is an experienced yoga teacher and devoted ceremonial cacao facilitator who shares the magic and ritual of breath, movement, and meditation. Her circles are immersive, healing, and filled with joy.
One of her greatest passions is guiding students into the deep restorative state of yoga nidra (sleep yoga), where they can experience the regenerative power of the liminal space and the goddess of rest. Through her teaching, Emma helps others connect with the wisdom of their bodies, awaken to their intuitive soul purpose, and tap into the infinite source of creativity and power within.
Emma leads transformational retreats worldwide, hosts regular cacao ceremonies and women’s circles, and facilitates rebirth breathwork sessions. Her teachings integrate Tantric and Vedic wisdom from India, Shamanic traditions from South America, and the Celtic heritage of her homeland. With over 20 years of dedicated yoga practice, she is a Senior Experienced Teacher with more than 1,000 hours of training across multiple yoga disciplines and has been sharing her practice for over a decade.

Meet Your Host: Christina McMaster
Classical pianist, sound healer and founder of Lie Down and Listen

“One of the most talked about concerts of our festival.” Alistair MacGowan, Artistic Director of Ludlow Piano Festival
Founder and Classical Pianist Christina McMaster noticed that it wasn't only the rituals of classical music concert halls that led to a disconnected listening experience, but in daily life, we are experiencing more disconnection than ever, leading to loneliness, anxiety, stress, sense of emptiness etc.
Lie down & Listen began after a chance meeting with Prof. Sir John Strang and a series of events at Kings College London to recreate the wellbeing benefits of a hallucinogenic experience without hallucinogenics- but simply using a certain combination of music in a lying down concert experience as they did in the 1960’s in downtown New York loft apartments where music of Philip Glass, Terry Riley, Steve Reich - also known as the New York Hypnotic School. After training in sound healing, Christina then evolved the meditation, sound healing and lying down concert experience of today which creates space for deep relaxation and for listeners to reconnect within.
