Poppy Delbridge
Poppy Delbridge is a pioneer of modern emotional regulation, bringing intelligence, elegance, and scientific credibility to the world of mind body wellbeing. A former senior creative executive working at the highest levels of global media and storytelling, she now bridges creativity with neuroscience, emotional processing, and energy psychology, translating complex inner systems into practices that feel intuitive, artistic, and deeply restorative.

She is the innovator behind Rapid Tapping®, a science informed, mood enhancing practice that uses gentle rhythmic 'tapping' touch on facial energy activation points, combined with precise sounds and language.

In Poppy's privately guided experiences, she combines Rapid Tapping and her voice to support a natural 'flow state' in the body, to regulate the nervous system, calm the amygdala, lower cortisol, and signal safety to the brain. The result is a subtle yet profound alchemy in which any tense emotional charge dissolves, mental noise quiets, and the body returns to balance, allowing clarity, creativity, and emotional peace to emerge naturally.
