Lie Down and Listen Piano Bliss

Set yourself up for a blissful evening of deep rest as you're welcomed to experience a deeply relaxing Tibetan bowl sound healing and lying down classical concert experience with Christina McMaster with music by Christina, Bach, William Byrd and Debussy. You'll lay down on super soft mattresses, snuggled beneath cosy blankets and surrounded by art works by great masters.

Start your day in an expanded and creative way as you re awaken mind, body and soul in the most beautiful way.  As you enter the gallery before any one else, you'll be able to take a moment to dwell in the space, surrounded by awe inspiring art works. Then, senior yoga teacher, Zephyr will guide you through a short sequence of gentle movement, designed to allow energy to flow before you lay down and absorb the restorative benefits of Tibetan bowl sound healing and a lying down classical piano concert experience.

Christina McMaster is a pianist, composer and truly creative spirit fascinated by deep listening and sound She is the founder of ‘Lie down and Listen’ – the meditation, sound healing and lying down classical concert experience. She has performed at numerous festivals U.K and worldwide and is known for her creative approach to programming. She studied with Joanna MacGregor and was later appointed Associate of London's prestigious Royal Academy of Music. She has performed worldwide at leading venues/festivals including Cheltenham, Aldeburgh, QEH, and featured on BBC Radio 4, Radio 3, Classic FM
