Lie Down and Listen:
Deep C Resonance
23 & 24 August
The Mount Without, Bristol

“Such a beautiful and unique experience in an amazing space”

Lie Down and Listen attendee

Feel the resonance in the stunning and serene surroundings of the atmospheric Mount Without, Bristol, as cellist Colin Alexander and pianist/founder Christina McMaster guide you through a deeply relaxing and uplifting sound healing and lying down classical concert experience. With Bach cello suites to put a smile on your face and joy in your heart.

The simplicity of the deep C string on the cello is like a grounding call to reconnect. You’ll feel rooted and relaxed, ready to absorb the beautiful sounds of Tibetan bowls and gongs, followed by uplifting and joyous Bach.  This experience also features Colin's own ethereal pieces, which will gentle guide you into a rhythmic, trance-like state of calm and restoration, stretching the limits of sounds drawn from the cello.

All mattresses, cushions, blankets provided.

The sound bath element cleared so much from my mind. I felt connected at that point on a different level - it was other worldly"
