Join Poppy Delbridge, creator of Rapid Tapping® and HarperCollins author of Unlock Your Power, for a deeply restorative session combining guided Rapid Tapping®, immersive sound and live classical performance. In this special session, you'll be guided to use the power of vibration, in sound and in the body, to calm your nervous system and unlock your inner power.
A unique combination of Rapid Tapping® and Lie Down & Listen, the blissful sound healing and lying down classical concert experience, allows you to drop into a relaxed, empowered and creative state.

The session opens with guided, simple Rapid Tapping® REST techniques to bring calm to the mind and body, led by its creator, Poppy Delbridge, alongside a live soundscape from vocalist Anastasija.
Rapid Tapping® is Poppy's own modern energy method: light fingertip tapping on the body's acu points, breath and spoken intention, designed to release the stress your body is holding and reconnect you with what's possible for you. Expect something a little different from anything you've tried before, modern, alive, an exhale to the day, and deeply calming at its core.

As you experience Anastasija's extraordinary music, you'll feel an immersion in sound that brings you into the present moment, her voice layered with effects and loops creating a sacred, primal and innovative atmosphere.
This soundscape then transitions into the heavenly sounds of SONY recording artist Cecilia de Maria playing Einaudi on harp, lulling you into a complete state of release and peace.

Experience the powerful combination of Lie Down and Listen with Spinal Energetics, led by the U.K. Spinal Energetics practitioner team and Zephyr Wildman
This intimate session focuses on releasing trapped emotion held in the spine, with some hands on treatment offered, held within Anastasija's live vocals and Cecilia de Maria's harp before a deeply restorative sound bath sends you home for a truly restful nights sleep.

​Spinal Energetics, developed by Dr Sarah Jane, is a modality combining Eastern and Western practice to work with the spine, nervous system and energetic field, helping the body release stored tension and reconnect with its own innate wisdom.
