This includes a full day immersion with Christina McMaster - classical pianist and founder of Lie Down and Listen at Soul Studio, Primrose Hill on Sunday 2 November 10-4.30pm This includes a day of learning and absorbing philosophy, music, sound, meditation techniques, plus a Lie Down and Listen sound healing and lying down classical concert experience.
