You won’t just hear the music, you’ll feel it.
When you attend a Lie Down and Listen session, you open yourself up to receiving inner peace, freedom and light.

What to expect:
At the heart of the experience is Metamorphosis, the transformative five movement work by American composer and pianist Phillip Glass. Hypnotic and deeply moving, the music captures a life experience, with the inner movements generating energetic and rhythmic drive, passion and at times relentlessness, before settling into the stillness and reflective state of the fifth and final movement.

Christina has designed this multi sensory experience to break down traditional concert barriers providing a sanctuary for guests to quiet the mind, release stress, and connect with their inner creativity. Under her guidance, you will surrender into the spiritual realm of sound, leaving the concert experience feeling deeply rested, connected, and entirely revitalised.
