Meet sound facilitator Aryln

Arlyn Ruddy is known as GiRL, an evolutionary music artist who returned to the music scene in late 2023 after an unexpected 12-year “sabbatical”. During that time, life-altering energetic experiences reshaped both her power and purpose, giving birth to Awaken Spanda, her sound-based transformational meditation practice.

Through Awaken Spanda, Arlyn facilitates empowering integral soundbath experiences that blend quantum mechanics, coherence, and breath. These immersive offerings create safe spaces for nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and deep self-inquiry, inviting participants to slow down, observe, and connect with their innate wisdom.

With over 20 years in holistic arts, GiRL bridges music and facilitation seamlessly. She fuses alternative hip-hop and electronic beats, soulful lyricism, and intentional sound frequencies to create an immersive, and entirely original sonic experience. Music is expression and expression is how we feel, connect, and magnify our uniqueness.

Known for her ability to go first and lead from raw authenticity, GiRL creates from a space that fuels the soul. Every song is infused with curated frequencies designed to elevate the listener’s energetic field, honoring the full spectrum of life while keeping joy, play, and peace at the heart of it all.
