Lie Down and Listen began from the seed of an idea - as founder and pianist Christina McMaster's grandmother related how whenever her grandfather was feeling unwell or down, he didn't go to the hospital, but to the Opera to be uplifted and healed.

​ You’ll be guided into a meditative state and dreamscape carrying you to altered states as you feel the deep resonances of the Gong and Tibetan Bowl sound healing move through you. The heavenly sounds of harp will emerge in a live concert with harpist Mary Reidwho shares illuminating music by Max Richter, Phillip Glass and Einaudi.
This is what this session focuses on, guiding you into connecting with your inner self through deep listening, silence, sound and music. You’ll leave feeling deeply rested and illuminated.
