Set within the serene beauty of the stunning organic sheep farm, surrounded by rolling countryside and expansive views, these deeply nourishing sessions combine sound and music with gentle movement (simple movements possible to do from seated).
As you lie down on soft mattresses in the natural wood space, you may almost feel as if you are held within a protective womb, receiving the healing vibrations of sound and music.
